Dur appoints Bader Al-Issa as Chairman

Dur Hospitality Co.’s board of directors approved the appointment of chairman and vice chairman, as well as the formation of the board sub-committees for the new three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2022.

 

Bader Abdullah Al-Issa (non-executive) was named as Chairman, with Fahad Al-Kassim (non-executive) as Deputy Chairman, Dur said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Tadawul Co., as well as the board secretary were also appointed.
