Zoujaj reschedules SAR 31.8 mln loan installment with SIDF, extends repayment period by 2 years

National Company for Glass Industries (Zoujaj) obtained, on Dec. 30, the approval of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF) for rescheduling the last loan installment worth SAR 31.8 million out of the total loan amounting to SAR 252.21 million.

 

The repayment period was extended by two years ending in 2023, Zoujaj said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The loan rescheduling aims to support the company’s financial position.

 

The guarantees provided against the rescheduled finance are a promissory note and an extended pledge of fixed assets.

 

There are no related parties to this agreement, Zoujaj concluded.
