SICO Saudi REIT Fund unitholders meeting postponed on lack of quorum

SICO Capital Co. announced that the first meeting of SICO Saudi REIT Fund unitholders, scheduled on Jan. 6, was not held, according to a bourse filing.

 

The meeting was not held due to a lack of quorum, the fund manager said.

 

Therefore, it was decided to postpone the meeting and call for a second meeting to be determined and announced later.
