SARCO board member resigns

Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) announced that the board of directors accepted today, Jan. 26, the resignation of Ali bin Saleh Khabti from his position as a non-executive board member.

 

The resignation took effect today, the company said, adding that it was submitted due to personal reasons.
