Zamil Industrial shareholders to vote on appointing external auditors on Feb. 24

Zamil Industrial Investment Co.’s shareholders will vote on appointing external auditors and setting their fees, during the ordinary general assembly meeting to be held on Feb. 24, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The auditors will review and audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3, and FY2022, as well as for Q1 2023.
