Thimar board member resigns

Thimar Development Holding Co. announced today, Feb. 10, the resignation of independent board member, Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Shabib, according to a bourse statement.

 

The resignation, submitted on Feb. 9, for personal reasons, is effective from the submission date.
