Raydan Food opens board nominations tomorrow

Raydan Food Co. opens tomorrow, Feb. 14, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term, starting April 21, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until March 16, 2022, the statement added.
