SEDCO Capital REIT Fund updates terms, conditions

SEDCO Capital announced updating the terms and conditions of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund to comply with the requirements of the supplementary annex for real estate investment fund stipulated in the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations, to include the sequence and other requirements mentioned in the annex, according to a bourse statement.

 

The updated terms and conditions include the additional properties acquired upon the completion of the initial offering and the acquisition of the initial portfolio.

 

The update will be effective from March 1, the statement added.
