SPIMACO shareholders to start e-voting on OGM agenda on Feb. 19

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries & Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) will start on Feb. 19, the electronic voting on the agenda of its ordinary general meeting (OGM), slated for Feb 23, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will elect new board members for the next three-year starting from April 3, 2022.

 

They will also vote on the formation of the audit committee, defining its responsibilities, working controls and member remuneration for the same three-year term.
