Almarai to open board membership nominations on March 1

Almarai Co. will open on March 1 the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Aug. 7, 2022.

Applicants can submit their applications for nomination until March 30, as per the regulatory requirements, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.

The nominated members will be elected during the general meeting, the date of which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
