Dur Hospitality terminates lease, management and operation contracts of 3 hotels in Madinah

Dur Hospitality Co. announced today, March 3, terminating the lease, management and operation contracts of three hotels in Madinah, by mutual agreement with Al-Manakha Urban Project Development Co.

 

No financial impact is expected from this termination, Dur said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

On Dec. 19, 2019, Dur signed a 15-year lease, management and operation contracts of three hotels in Madinah, Argaam earlier reported.
