ACIG shareholders to elect new board members on March 28

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group’s shareholders will vote on electing board members for five vacant seats, during the ordinary general assembly meeting, slated for March 28, according to a bourse filing.

 

The board members will be elected for the term starting from the date of OGM, and ending on May 17, 2022, the company added.
