Saudi Advanced Industries Co.'s (SAIC) board of directors approved today, March 13, the resignation of Chief Executive Officer Saeed bin Abdullah Al-Moeather, effective May 15, 2022, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

He resigned, citing personal reasons.
