NADEC appoints board member to fill the vacant seat

National Agricultural Development Co. (NADEC) appointed Abdulaziz M. H. Al Rugaib as a new board member (independent member) to fill a vacant board seat, effective from April 5, 2022, until the end of the current board term on April 10, 2024.

 

The step followed the resignation of Solaiman Altwaijri from the board of directors after being appointed as a chief executive officer for the company.

 

Al Rugaib has over 15 years of trade and investment experience. He is currently the general manager of Imtiaz Alarabia Co. since January 2011, a member of H.M. Alrugaib Trading Co., Future of Fun Trading, Alreemah Real Estate Development Co. and Herfy Food Services Co., NADEC said in a bourse statement.

 

The board approval is not final, as this appointment is subject to the approval of the first general assembly meeting.
