GAS starts e-voting on EGM agenda today

GAS Arabian Services Co. (GAS) will start today, April 7, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), slated for April 11, according to a bourse statement.

 

The e-voting shall continue until the end of the general meeting. Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty website can remotely vote on the items of the meeting through Tadawulaty website.

 

Gas Arabian Services Co.'s shareholders will vote on the board of directors' recommendation on distributing 20% cash dividend, or SAR 2 per share, totaling SAR 31.60 million, for 2021, during the EGM, Argaam reported.
