Hail Cement shareholders authorize board to pay interim dividend for 2022

Hail Cement Co.’s shareholders authorized the board of directors to pay interim dividend for 2022 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on April 18, according to a bourse filing.

Shareholders will decide the eligibility and distribution of 2022 dividends, in accordance with regulations and the company’s financial position, cash flows and expansion plans.

Shareholders also allocated SAR 1.2 million from 2022 budget to the corporate social responsibility (CSR) program.
