Najran Cement to pay H2 2021 cash dividend on April 24

Najran Cement Co. will pay cash dividend for the second half of 2021 at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 a share, as of April 24, according to a bourse statement.

Shareholders by the close of trading on April 13, 2022, and those registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the record date.

On April 13, the company’s shareholders approved the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 2.5% of the stock nominal value, or SAR 0.25 a share, for H2 2021, Argaam reported.
