JAZADCO shareholders to vote on forming audit committee on May 15

Jazan Energy and Development Co.’s (JAZADCO) shareholders will vote on forming an audit committee, setting its duties and remuneration till the end of its term on April 12, 2025, during an ordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on May 15, according to a bourse filing.

Audit committee candidates include Turki Ahmed Alobilan (Chairman), Abdulmajeed Sulaiman Aldukhail (non-board member), and Abdulaziz Sulaiman Aldukhail (non-board member).
