Amlak International appoints Abdullah Al-Sudairy as Managing Director

Amlak International for Real Estate Finance Co. obtained today, April 21, the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) approval on the appointment of Abdullah Al-Sudairy as Managing Director, effective as of today, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al-Sudairy is still the company’s CEO, the statement added.

 

He holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from King Saud University and a Master’s degree in international management from Thunderbird College.

 

Al-Sudairy has more than 22 years of experience in the financial sector.

 

He also holds several board and committee memberships in several companies.
