Jarir shareholders authorize board to distribute interim dividend for 2022

Jarir Marketing Co.'s shareholders will vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a biannual or quarterly basis for 2022, during an extraordinary general assembly meeting, to be held on May 10, according to a bourse filing. 

  

Shareholders will also vote on a number of business contracts as well as amendment of some articles of association.
