BCI shareholders elect new board members for upcoming term

Basic Chemical Industries Co.'s (BCI) shareholders elected new board members for the upcoming three-year term ending on June 14, 2025, during the ordinary general assembly meeting held on May 25, according to bourse filing.

 

The new board members are Tariq Al-Tamimiy, Nasser Al-Moebed, Alaa AlSheikh, Abdul Al-Nuaim, Abdul Al-Tamimiy, Outhman Alhmedan, Abdullah Al-Moebed, Sulaiman Al-Qadhi and Muhanna Al-Moebed.

 

Shareholders also approved setting up the audit committee, its duties and regulations and remunerations of its members.

 

The members are Suliman Alkadi, Abdul Alnuiam and Aziz Alqahtani.
