Gulf General shareholders to appoint auditors on June 27

Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders will vote on appointing auditors and setting their fees during an ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) slated for June 27, according to a bourse filing.

 

The auditors will review financial statements for Q2, Q3, Q4 and 2022, as well as Q1 2023.

 

Shareholders will also vote on approving the board and auditor's reports and financial statements for 2021.

 

Other agenda items include approving a number of business contracts concluded by the company.
