Lazurde shareholders to vote on 2.5% cash dividend for 2021 on June 30

Lazurde Company for Jewelry’s shareholders will vote on the board’s recommendation to distribute SAR 14.38 million cash dividend at 2.5% of capital, or SAR 0.25 per share, for 2021, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) slated for June 30, according to a bourse statement.

Shareholders will also vote on authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for 2022, and determine the due and disbursement dates in accordance with the Companies' Law’s terms and conditions.

 

Furthermore, they will vote on delegating the powers of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) to the board of directors for one year from shareholders’ approval date or until the end of the board term, whichever is earlier.

 

Shareholders will discuss paying SAR 2.54 million in remuneration for board and committee members, as well as discharging board members from liability for 2021. They will also vote on the company’s financial statements as well as the board and auditors’ reports for 2021.

 

That is besides voting on the appointment of auditors from among candidates to audit the company’s financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022, as well as Q1 2023, in addition to determining their fees.

 

Shareholders registered with Tadawulaty can start voting on the EGM's agenda items as of June 26.
