Al Akaria says first, second phases of Al Akaria Park fully reserved

Saudi Real Estate Co. (Al Akaria) said the first and second phases of its Al Akaria Park project were fully booked. 

 

The two phases constitute 1,778 residential plots, or 55% of the total residential land area in the project, which has 3,222 plots.  

 

In a statement to Tadawul, Al Akaria said it expects the project to be complete by Feb. 28, 2024.  

 

In February, Al Akaria announced obtaining a license to sell off-plan Al Akaria Park project, which is located in the east of Riyadh, north of Dammam Road, No. 123, Argaam reported.  

 

The sale started on March 1.
