SNB says Sheila Al-Ruwaili resigns from board

Saudi National Bank’s (SNB) board of directors accepted the resignation submitted by Sheila Al-Ruwaili, who will join the Saudi Central Bank’s (SAMA) board upon a royal decree of Saudi Arabia’s King Salman.

 

The resignation, which was tendered today, June 9, will take effect immediately, the bank said in a statement to Tadawul.
