Al-Jouf Mineral Water shareholders start e-voting on EGM agenda today

Aljouf Mineral Water Bottling Co.’ shareholders will start today, June 12, the electronic voting (e-voting) on the agenda items of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for June 15, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on appointing an auditor to audit the company’s financial statements for Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4 2022 as well as Q1 2023.

 

The e-voting on the agenda items will be via Tadawulaty services.
