Sinad Holding shareholders approve 2021 financials, auditor report

Sinad Holding Co.’s shareholders approved the board and auditor’s reports and financial statements for 2021, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on June 12, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders also discharged the board members from liability for last year and appointed an auditor to review financial statements for Q2, Q3 and Q4 2022 and Q1 2023.
