Batic completes purchase of Smart Cities Solutions stakes

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. announced that it completed today, June 16, the purchase of Smart Solutions Co.’s entire 4% stake in Smart Cities Solutions Co. (SCSC), according to a bourse filing.

 

Batic also announced in a separate bourse filing finalizing the acquisition of Alwaleed Khalid Almuqbil’s entire ownership of  2.6% in SCSC capital.  

In January, Batic signed a purchase agreement for the entire shares owned by Smart Solutions Co. in the capital of SCSC, for SAR 12 million, according to data filed by Argaam.
