Chemanol shareholders approve amending articles of association

Methanol Chemicals Co.’s (Chemanol) shareholders approved amending some of the company’s Articles of Association, during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on June 16, according to a bourse filing.

The articles of association were related to share issue, dividend distribution, capital increase, formation of the board of directors, board membership termination, as well as the powers of the board and other executive members, board remuneration, board meetings among others.
