Raydan to start e-voting on OGM agenda on June 22

Raydan Food Co. will start, on June 22, e-voting on the agenda items of the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for June 26, according to a bourse filing.

 

Shareholders will vote on the company’s financial statements, as well as the board and auditor’s reports for 2021, Argaam reported.
