Arabia Insurance postpones EGM to Aug. 2

Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) postponed its extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for June 29 to August 2, according to a bourse filing.

 

Online voting on the agenda items of the EGM will start on July 31.

 

Shareholders will vote on a capital hike via a SAR 265 million rights issue during the EGM, Argaam reported.
