Kingdom Holding completes SAR 12.8 bln investment program in several sectors

Kingdom Holding Co. (KHC) completed an investment program worth SAR 12.8 billion ($3.4 billion) during the period between Q2 2020 and Q2 2022.

 

According to a bourse filing, the program invested in companies operating in diverse sectors with a proven track-record of growth and strong financial position.

 

The investments went to integrated communications, alternative finance, mobility services, energy, digital media and entertainment, artificial intelligence (AI) and e-commerce, insurance and asset management, commodities, and finally investment funds.

 

The Saudi-listed firm indicated that the new sectors will complement the ones already part of the KHC portfolio, namely, banking, real estate (commercial and residential), healthcare, education, petrochemicals, hotel management, hotel real estate, social media, mining, and commercial aviation.
