SEDCO Capital REIT Fund’s board of directors approved a non-fundamental change, effective as of July 11, 2022, fund manager SEDCO Capital said in a bourse filing.  

 

The fund appointed Ernst & Young Professional Services as legal accountant, with fees set at SAR 140,000 per annum.
