Riyadh Cement shareholders to vote on formation of audit committee on July 25

Riyadh Cement Co.’s shareholders will discuss the formation of an audit committee for the new three-year term ending June 14, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting that will be held on July 25, according to a bourse statement.

 

The candidates are Abdullah Al Fawwaz, Mohammed Al Shaya and Abdullah AlHusaini.
