Walaa gets SAMA’s nod on appointment of Chairman, Vice Chairman

Walaa Cooperative Insurance Co. received today, July 25, the approval of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) for the appointment of Sulaiman Al Kadi as Board Chairman and Khalifa Almulhem as Vice Chairman, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Last May, Walaa's shareholders elected a new board of directors for the upcoming term that started on May 26, 2022, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on May 23, Argaam earlier reported.
