ACIG shareholders approve Audit Committee formation

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group (ACIG) shareholders approved the formation of the Audit Committee and defined its tasks, rules of work and remuneration of its members for the new three-year term started on July 25, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held yesterday.

 

According to a bourse filing, the new committee will include Abdullah Al-Sheikh, Bassam Al-Baqawi, Ibrahim Al-Azzaq and Alhanouf Abduljabbar.
