AlAhli REIT Fund (1) announces changes to board of directors

SNB Capital announced today, Aug. 14, changes to AlAhli REIT Fund’s (1) board of directors, on the resignation of non-independent board member Hathal Al-Otaibi on Aug. 31.

 

Accordingly, the board will comprise Abdulrahman AlRashed (Chairman - Independent), Mohammed AlOyaidi (independent member), as well as Mohammed Al-Saqqaf, Ahmed Al-Mousa and Feras Houhou (non-independent members), SNB Capital said in a statement to Tadawul.
