Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) shareholders approved a three-year dividend policy (2022-2024), during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 23, according to a bourse filing.
Shareholders also ratified the board’s recommendation to pay a cash dividend at 15% of capital, or SAR 1.5 a share, for H1 2022.

They further endorsed the board’s decision to appoint Saadoun Al Khalidi as a board member, starting July 19, until end of term on June 25, 2026, the statement added.
AOL aims to pay a cash dividend at SAR 1.5 per share minimum on a semi-annual basis over the three-year period. However, the dividend policy will remain subject to modification based on any major change in the company’s strategy, sharp price fluctuations, or any future obligations on the company.
