Al Hammadi completes change of name, bylaws, commercial register

Al Hammadi Holding completed all statutory procedures to amend the company’s name, bylaws and commercial register.

This comes in line with the decision of the extraordinary general assembly meeting held on June 20, the company said in a bourse statement.

In May, the company’s board of directors recommended changing the company’s name from Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment to Al Hammadi Holding, according to data compiled by Argaam.
