SADAFCO board forms investment committee

Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co.’s (SADAFCO) board of directors set up an investment committee for the current three-year term ending March 31, 2024, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The new committee comprises Faisal Al Ayyar and Saeid Basamh (non-executives), Hani Saab and Ahmed Al-Marzouki (independent members), as well as Mussad Al-Nassar (non-executive).
