Saudi Fisheries Co. signed today, Sept. 20, a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Oman Fisheries Co., to strengthen mutual cooperation through the production, marketing and sale of products from fisheries and aquaculture, according to a bourse filing.
The MoU is valid for six months from the signing date, subject to extension, the company said.
It noted that there are no related parties, adding that there is currently no financial impact on the company’s earnings.
Any updates or developments will be announced in due course, Saudi Fisheries said.
