Thimar shareholders to vote on liability claim against former board members on Oct. 17

Shareholders of Thimar Development Holding Co. will vote on authorizing the current board of directors to file a liability claim against former board members for the terms from March 6, 2017 to July 4, 2021 in the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Oct. 17.

 

Voting includes all regulatory and legal procedures necessary for proceeding with the claim upon shareholders’ request, Thimar said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders can start remote voting on the meeting agenda from Oct. 13.
