MOBI board declares 15% cash dividend for H1 2022

National Fertilizer Co.’s (MOBI) board of directors declared a 15% cash dividend for the first half of 2022, at SAR 1.5 per share, the company said in a bourse statement.

Total Dividends 

SAR 7.5 mln

Percentage of Capital 

15% (SAR 1.5 per share)

Record Date 

Oct. 5, 2022, including shareholders registered with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the record date.

Payment Date 

Oct. 19, 2022
