Riyad Bank shareholders to elect new board on Oct. 23

Riyad Bank Shareholders are set to elect board members for the new three- year term starting on Oct. 31, 2022, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) that will be held on Oct. 23, the bank said in a bourse statement.

 

Shareholders will also vote o the formation of the audit committee for the same term. The candidates are Jamal Al- Rammah (Chairman) and Mona Al Tawil, Tareq Al-Qaraawy, Eid Al Shamri and Wadhaah Mubarak (Members).

 

Meanwhile, they will vote on authorizing the board of directors with the authority of the OGM as per paragraph (1) of Article (71) of the Companies Law, for a period of one year from the date of the approval by OGM or until the end of the delegated board term, whichever is earlier, in accordance with the conditions set forth in the Regulatory Rules and Procedures issued pursuant to the Companies Law relating to Listed Joint Stock Companies.

 

E-voting will begin on Oct. 19 until the OGM day.
