Saudi Fisheries says audit committee member resigns

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s board of directors approved on Oct. 8 the resignation of Haitham Al-Gosaibi, a non-executive member of the audit committee, effective the same day.

 

The board also approved the appointment of Samir Haddad (independent member) as of Oct. 9. The appointment will be presented before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
