MIS says board member Ziad Mortaja resigns

Al Moammar Information Systems Co.’s (MIS) board of directors accepted, on Oct. 9, the resignation submitted by executive member Ziad Mortaja the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The resignation was tendered on Oct. 6 due to personal reasons.

The statement added that the resignation is effective from the approval date.

According to the data available with Argaam, MIS shareholders agreed in July to elect members of the board for the new three-year term, which started on July 18, 2022.
