Saudi Arabia’s housing sector contributes more than SAR 115 billion to the gross domestic product (GDP), state-owned Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported, citing Deputy Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing Abdullah Al-Badir. 

 

The sector provides about 40,000 direct and indirect jobs, offering an attractive investment opportunity. 

 

He highlighted that real estate assets represent 15% of the total assets of public investment funds.
