Sumou Real Estate files request for transition to Tadawul

Sumou Real Estate Co.’s building

Sumou Real Estate Co. submitted today, Oct. 19, a request to transition to the main market, Tadawul, through the automated system set by the regulators for this purpose, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The board approved, on May 14, the developer’s request to transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to Tadawul, according to  Argaam's data.

 

Sumou was listed on Nomu on May 11, 2020, with a capital of SAR 375 million.
