Retal gets off-plan sale license for Al-Fursan district 1 project

Retal Urban Development Co. received an off-plan sale license for the project with No. 151/A.

 

The license was received on Oct. 27, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

On Sept. 19, Retal signed a sub-development agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) to develop 759 housing units in Al Fursan district 1, Riyadh, over a total land area of 227,837 square meters (sqm), Argaam earlier reported.

 

Retal added that the project will mainly be financed from off-plan sales and partially from its own resources.
