Lazurde shareholders to vote on amending articles of association on Nov. 22

Lazurde Company for Jewelry shareholders will vote on amending a number of articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), scheduled for Nov. 22, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Shareholders will also vote on amending the company's bylaws related to the board's charter and standards of board membership, as well as nominations and remuneration bylaws.

 

E-voting will start from Nov. 19 on the agenda items.
